5.17 Cosmetics

This menu is used to choose different ”cosmetics” on the screen.

COSMETICS:

ECHO DISTANC:HORIZ

BEARING CARD: OFF

COMPASS CARD: ON

DIST. RINGS.: ON

CURSOR RING.: ON

CURSOR BEAR.: ON

BOW MARKER..: ON

COURSE LINE.: ON

MINUTE MARK.: ON

WIND MARKER.: ON

VERT. RING..: ON

Similar to other menu selections, desired cosmetics are stored in

a battery operated memory. The sonar will therefore remember

them even if the unit is switched off.

ECHO DISTANC:

HORIZONTAL

SLANT

With this function one may choose presentation of echo distance

on the screen.
